Oksana is a licensed attorney and heads the practice of restructuring and tax planning department, also has considerable experience in international, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor relations.

Oksana regularly advises on the structuring foreign direct investment, representing strategic and financial investors, as well as advising on the establishment and structuring of business in Ukraine and in foreign jurisdictions.
