Armadum Lawyers successfully represented the interests of the world leader in the development and production of elevators, escalators

The lawyers of the company successfully defended in the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal the Client's interests in the dispute with the Main Department of State Labor in the Kiev region. In particular, officials of the Main Department of the State Labor in the Kyiv region challenged in court the Client's actions regarding the inadmissibility to check the observance of the requirements on labor and industrial safety.
According to the results of the trial, the Administrative Court of Appeal of Kiev confirmed the Client's right to prevent officials of the Stroud bodies from conducting the inspection.
