Armadum Lawyers successfully represented the interests of the world textile manufacturer in a tax dispute

Armadum Lawyers acted as a tax advisor to a global textile clothing manufacturer in a dispute with the bodies of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. According to the results of the documentary inspection, the tax authority concluded that the Client had wrongly failed to pay income tax on expenses, payment for taxi services and air tickets for employees.

Armadum Lawyers have proven in the administrative court that the tax authority's claims are unfounded and the client's claims have been fully satisfied.
