Armadum Lawyers defended the Client's interests in the tax dispute

The Armadum Lawyers team represented the interests of the world clothing manufacturer in a dispute with the bodies of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The dispute concerned the cancellation of penalties applied to the Client for violation of the conduct of cash discipline for a total amount of more than 19 million UAH. 

As a result of the dispute, all the courts of law recognized the illegality of the tax authorities' claims, which were based on the allegation of violation of the order of registration of the books of accounting transactions and non-receipt of cash, and then the application of a fine of five times the amount of unpaid cash.
