Representation of Client before Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine

Armadum Lawyers successfully represented a major Ukrainian confectionery producer before the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

In particular, the Ministry applied individual licensing regime against the client that could suspend the client’s business activity and resulted in infliction of damages. Due to the coordinated efforts of our lawyers, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, suspended the application of sanctions that allowed the client to carry out its foreign business activity without delay.
